Snowy Range Cards collects only the information needed to review card collections, respond to sellers, manage inventory and complete purchases when sales are available.

Information we collect

When you submit a collection or card request, we may collect your name, email, phone number, contact preference, location, collection details, asking price, referral source and uploaded photos. If you later make a purchase, payment and shipping information is processed through our payment provider.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate collections, contact sellers, make or discuss offers, maintain business records, prevent abuse and improve our service. Submitting a collection does not obligate either party to complete a transaction.

Spam protection

We use connection information and short-lived, protected identifiers derived from IP addresses and contact details to limit repeated submissions and prevent automated abuse. These abuse-control records are removed after two days.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that operate this website, store uploads, process payments or deliver purchases, and when required by law.

Photos and retention

Collection photos are stored privately for our review. We retain submissions for business and recordkeeping purposes and may remove them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete a submission when applicable. Use the collection form, identify the request as a privacy request, and include the same contact information used in the original submission, or email us at info@snowyrangecards.com.

This policy may be updated as Snowy Range Cards adds services or payment features.
